  I have to say about 7 years ago, I was in search of a car. I called the Pinnacle Credit Union in Edison, NJ. and asked if Could get a loan being retired. They took took my information and told me I qualified for a certain amount of money. I told them I was going to The Freehold Toyota dealership and look at a Camry that was in my range of payments. Myrna suggested to me. to go to Enterprise and look at their cars. So my wife and I went over and began to look at cars. To my surprise I saw a Prius that looked good, checked the price and was surprised. ( I wasn't sure how Enterprise was.) My wife took a drive in the car and she liked it. We went back, ( but I wanted to look at the other cars, ( procastinating), As I looked at the cars, I prayed,and a few years earlier I researched Consumer Report and the Prius was on top for my needs. As we were looking, an Indian Family took the car out and liked it. As the salesman was trying to help me, the Indian Family was working on to close the deal. The other salesman came over to me and asked me if I wanted the Prius. I said the other family was closing the deal. He reiterated the again and said do you want the car and I said yes.. I asked him how come I took preference over them, and he told me I was pre-qualified in loan, they were not. Pinnacle has been wonderful through the years, helping me. This month I paid off my Prius after seven years. I also give 5 stars to Enterprise. I put 120,000 miles on my car, it is at 152,00 miles now. They gave me a great car, no hastle, a few light bulbs, 3 pairs of tires, Toyota has covered their warranties when needed. My mileage runs about 43 to over 50 miles a gallon. It is quite as a mouse and we are so happy. Toyota gets 5 stars to. I have been retired for 8 years and on a tight budget. More than anything else I give praise to Jesus for coming to my life 52 years ago. Paul Simpson Sr.

  Worst financial institution ever! Their rates as a credit union is higher than online banks, why would anyone would borrow or save with a credit union that has very few branches and options, while online banks have more ways to access your money, and better customer service, with better rates?! Also they have what they call dormancy fees, leave your money there for a year, and without notifying you they will steal a part or all of it and close your account due to inactivity! Again online financial institution doesn't have this silly thing. Stay away from them. Let alone that updating your personal information such as address change, is impossible to be done online, you have to go to a branch to do such a simple thing, even though you can log in to your account with your password. You still can not do it online.

  The representatives were very helpful, I was in the process of purchasing a car and I could not get the dealer to give me the carfax. I explained this to the representative and she provided me with the carfax on the spot. Her help kept me from wasting my time and making a big mistake.
